    PPS Investments offers the user the opportunity to apply electronically to invest in unit trusts managed by PPS Multi Managers, the PPS Endowment Plans and PPS Living Annuities offered by PPS Insurance Company; and the PPS Personal Pension Retirement Annuity Fund and the PPS Preservation Funds sponsored by PPS Investments, the PPS Investment Account and PPS Tax Free Investment Account administered by PPS Investment Administrators.

  12. Time within which Investment instructions will be carried out

    All contribution instructions will take a maximum of five (5) Business Days to be processes provided PPS Investments are in receipt of a valid instruction, together with a proof of deposit and relevant supporting documentation.

  13. Time within which Switch instructions will be carried out

    All switch instructions will take a maximum of five (5) Business Days to be processes provided PPS Investments are in receipt of a valid instruction, together with a proof of deposit and relevant supporting documentation.

  14. Time within which Withdrawal instructions will be carried out

    All withdrawal instructions will take a maximum of seven (7) Business Days to be processes provided PPS Investments are in receipt of a valid instruction within a valid processing period.

  15. Access to investment information

    Quarterly reports will be available on request. Client service consultants are available Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00 and can be contacted on share call number 0860 468 777 (0860 INV PPS).

  16. Return, exchange and refund policy

    Due to the nature of the services offered by PPS Investments, once the user's investment has been processed there will not be an opportunity to return, exchange or request a refund. Holders of units will be able to resell their units to PPS Investments at the ruling price calculated in accordance with the requirements of the Unit Trusts Control Act and the relevant Trust Deeds. Payment will be made to the unit holder within five (5) Business Days of receiving a signed request.

  17. Alternative dispute resolution

    All transactions and interactions conducted by the medium of this Website, whether in whole or in part, shall be subject to South African law and only South African courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes arising there from or from the Website Terms and Conditions. No alternative dispute resolution code is applicable to transactions and interactions conducted by the medium of this Website, unless otherwise determined from time to time, in which case such dispute resolution codes are to be made electronically accessible to the user.

  18. Security procedures and privacy policies in respect of payment, payment information and personal information

  19. The minimum duration of the agreement

    There is no minimum duration applicable to the agreement that exists between PPS Investments and the user, upon agreeing to the Website Terms and Conditions.
